Every action you take strengthens our collective impact and provides evidence of collaboration and collective action that your organisation can use as part of its B Corp recertification with B Lab.

Share insights to help others on their journey

We're building a bank of resources to help employers who are working towards showing the salary – including the business case for making this commitment and how to implement this change. Contributing insights from your business is a practical way to encourage and support B Corps and other employers who are making progress towards showing the salary.

Contribute professional skills and expertise

Tell us if your business can contribute skills and time to help the We Show the Salary campaign reach more employers, more journalists or more jobseekers.

Engage your B Local network

You're not the only B Corp thinking about pay transparency – you're just one of the ones doing something about it. Use your B Local network to bring other members along with you. That could look like:

speaking about salary transparency and the We Show the Salary campaign at a B Local event
contributing to a B Local newsletter – a short piece on your experience, or a nudge towards the campaign
posting in any suitable forum – Slack channels, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn threads, wherever your fellow B Corps are already talking.
