Here's where we'll be tracking progress towards our goal of achieving salary info on 100% of job ads in the UK.
The starting point
The We Show the Salary campaign launched in April 2025 and our baseline data showed that:

39% of jobs published through ATS software included salary info (data from Jan-Feb 2025)

37% of jobs on LinkedIn included salary info (data from April 2025) but this breaks down as:

68% of jobs published by recruitment agencies on LinkedIn included salary info

28% of jobs published directly by employers on LinkedIn included salary info

As well as tracking these figures, we'll track the number of employers who have taken the We Show the Salary pledge to include salary info on 100% of their job ads.
